  • Nielsen Associates Launches Employee Readiness Program

    In order to meet the needs of our clients forced to downsize in these economic times, this Program was designed to provide a cost effective outplacement service. The Employee Readiness Program is a three-part Program which includes addressing the positive show of "good faith" by their former employer, workshops on resume' evaluation and retooling, as well as job search and interviewing techniques. Emphasis is placed on "when," not "if" the candidate will be hired elsewhere.
