But, the "Boomers" may not quite be prepared when it comes to understanding the differences between the generations X and Y – those they are hiring now and in the near future. A clear understanding of how businesses should develop and prepare is extremely important as we reach the year 2020 when "Boomers" will no longer be part of the active workforce as the next generations replace them.
